where can i get shorts

Shorts that have less than a 9 inch inseam. I don't want chubbies and looking for places at the mall.

Check department stores like Dillard's or Macy's. If you find shorts you like but you wish they had a shorter inseam, get them hemmed by a tailor.

It would be easiest to just take them to seamstress and have them hemmed. Probably ask her if she can reattach the original end of hem when she alters them. But if you don't know of any good seamstresses maybe try your luck at j crew, Macy's, belk or Dillard's.
