There are a few sororities that I have no interest in joining. I mean zero interest.
Is it necessary to get rec letters for these soros? I mean I would just rather go independent than be a sister in a few houses. Well, should I go through the hypocrisy of getting recs at those houses or not?

Tbh, don't get the recs. If you have already prejudged houses and decided certain houses are not for you, before you have met any of the 400-500 women in the house, then you certainly should let those houses go. Trust me, those houses DO NOT want you to join them either. If you did get into one of these houses you did not want, you obviously would not lift up the house or the sisters in it in any way. Houses are only as good as their current members, so what house would want that terrible attiude in their house? Do not take a space from a PNM that really wants to be in the house you know you do not want.

While you want to support that Alabama gives kids a chance with Crimson Edge it appears to just be adding to the problem. This school is finally in a very sought after stage...with very smart kids coming in that can change the entire reputation of the school. This school is so drop dead gorgeous and the football speaks for itself. When these smart kids come here they give up some colleges that are considered a higher tier. Let’s stop with the stupid house ranking. I’m from Florida and back when my parents went here everyone could get in. Somehow in twenty years it’s nearly impossible to get in.
