1) Switch Kappa and Zeta
2) Put Chi O at front of its line, followed by Alpha Gam/Zeta and Pi Phi then ADPi
3) DG forward in its line as well
Honestly ADPi is like the middle middle on its own in my opinion

In no world is Zeta a top house. Top of new row, that’s it. Upper middle for sure, but not top. I’d move KKG to their place. DZ is also not > AOPi or Theta.

They have had a little lift during the years when they had a new house but their competition mostly did not. Now the house thing is not a way for DG to distinguish themselves. They are a solid middle new row house and a very good chapter here. Love Anchor Splash.
