questions about rush?

1.) So during rush some chapters might make me pay some fees for pledge education and what not. Well do I get my money back if I get cut?
2.) Well if I get cut from chapter A and have a bid from chapter B that I never touched. Could I then accept the bid from chapter B and become a pledge.

If I understand your post, you think that you will have to pay fraternities money during rush? You should not have to pay any fees until you actually pledge a fraternity. If you don't complete your pledgeship, it will be up to that chapter and it's headquarters whether you get a refund or not-but i would guess you would not get a refund.
