The top ten at Alabama are all pretty interchangeable. All ten would be the top fraternity at nearly every other school. All good fraternities with good guys.

If anything I'd say Sigma Nu, Phi Gam and KA are currently doing less well than those houses, SX, Pike, DX and Pi Kapp should be at the same level as KA, Sigma Nu and Phi Gam.

You want realism? Try to explain to an employer about how you being in an old row house makes you more qualified that someone in a new row house. Actually I'll save you the time. They don't care.
