Sig Tau is NOT moving next to Pi Kapp next year. They are on a short term lease from Delta Sigma Phi for their house until they can recolonize. They will be off-campus in three years.

They've made it clear they'll lie through their teeth to try to cling to whatever they have. The reality is they're broke, unpopular, and screwed in their current situation. They troll Greekrank reporting bad posts to protect their rush because the truth shows they're awful.
