They are two of the better new row houses. I'd rank theta chi just above pike but it's like 1 and 2. Not a big difference.
Anyways OX has a little more of the party/southern boys. Pikes I guess hare more of the athletic type. Quite a lot of six packs I'll give them that haha. Both are fun to hang out with and I go to a lot of both of their parties/ Can't go wrong with either
