can we take a second to talk about how 2 years ago half of the sororities here took pledge classes upwards around 150-170 girls... and now those same houses are taking around 120-140. That's a HUGE step in the right direction. my pledge class was in the 160's and the fact that our '18 pledge class is in the 120's is amazing.

I agree. And with SK participating in formal recruitment next year, that number will likely be even lower. This means better bonding for PCs and better management for chapters overall.
