So because of SK, the other houses only have 72 hours to Cob and afte that SK only has the opportunity to COB

That's standard Panhellenic procedure when there is any new colony.

Also SK isn’t doing COB...they’re doing their own formal recruiting process for their colony. COB is continuous open bidding. They’re going to recruit, have their bid day, and move on from there until next semester or until next year maybe.
