fraternity

My son just moved into dorm and has not been offered a bid to any fraternity.. is it too late? What should he do?
We heard there is formal open rush next week...what are the chances of getting into any house?

A few university houses will have a couple of bids left and most Jefferson houses will still be giving out bids. If he wants to go Greek I’d recommend keeping an open mind. Jefferson houses are fun too and the majority of what he’ll be doing as a pledge (swaps, homecoming etc) will benefit freshmen more than sophomores. Just sign up on the IFC website and text some rush chairs before formal recruitment and he should get a bid to a house

Have him contact rush chairs for houses he’s interested in. Don’t contact them for him mom.

Drive down, pick him up, dress him, and drive him to each house. Be sure you google their secret handshakes before you get there.
