So I heard that depending on the houses some can only ask back less than 400 this round if they are a house with high return rates is this true. Scary to think you could go from 2,200 to 400 but I guess that does make sense if sisterhood is to decide pref cards. It keeps seeming like there are a lot more cuts.

They are all going to about 130 bids.

Cuts sooner rather than later allows girls to focus on where they have “a chance” and not get strung along.

You mean cutting from 400 to 130 at what point? If all 130 girls didn't choose that sorority don't they actually have more so they move up the list?? I thought they all kept between 150-250 for the matching bid day process.

Yes we invite more than 130 to pref. Some houses will invite 250ish and hold three pref parties, some will invite 400/450 and have six or seven pref parties. It just depends on historical return rates and how many PNMs usually list that house first. Not sure what the effect of 2 prefs will have on these numbers so take it with a grain of salt.
