Phi Mu gets all the girls Zeta wants. Zeta gets the girls Phi Mu cuts and has to fight with Alpha Phi for them.

Also no one wants to be a Zeta. It’s always someone’s 2nd or 3rd choice. This year it’ll just be 2nd choice with new pref.
