Chi O down, they’ve struggled the last few PCs especially w/OOS despite being well rounded
Kappa up, they’re not as well rounded but rush OOS better (need a great PC 18 though)
Pi Phi down, better rep than ZTA but they’ve also struggled w/rush recently
DDD is not that high yet IMO. If they get a repeat of last year’s pc then okay, but one awesome pc doesn’t move you up that much

Why is Theta always dead last? Is it strictly because of the machine? That doesn’t make sense to me. Yeah they have some not so cute girls but so does Dz and Gphi. And theyas grades are a lot better than both of those houses.

TBH, Theta is higher then this rank, better grades, better retention, and better involvement reputation then some othet houses. They are gettjng dinged because house is last house to be completed.

Theta is getting ranked lower because they have don’t have anything except good grades - which is important but doesn’t really impact a new members experience at all. DZ and gphi are both ranked higher then theta because they have a lot of fun, outgoing girls. DG and AOPi are both ranked higher because they have a lot of really sweet, nice, easy to talk to girls. Theta doesn’t have anything to make them stand out in a good way.
