Ive only been able to see the posts of girls who arent private or what the houses post so its hard to say, but I think AOIIs looks more glamorous. They have some regular couches + comfy spaces but their formal rooms look much nicer than DZs. Not to say that DZs house didn't also look gorgeous. I just like the elegance in AOIIs

AOII’s on the inside is gorgeous but the outside is underwhelming, vice versa for DZ.
