Pretty sure you'd have to show up drunk or punch an active in the face at Pref not to get a bid if it's your only house. They'd have to have a VERY compelling reason for dropping you. I've never actually heard of it happening.

Nope. They CANT drop you. If you go to all the parties you are invited to all week and put (all) the house(s) you have on pref on your pref ranking, you are guaranteed a bid. They could hate you more than anything and be desperate not to have you, but if they’re the only house you have then they have to give you a bid.

And I guess technically yes, if you punched and active in the middle of the pref ceremony you’d probably be removed from recruitment by Panhellenic, but anyone who would do something like that would just not show up if they hated the house
