Are all the old row houses about the same for SGA stuff? Seems like it.

They are more or less the same. Seems like kappa, AGD and kd might have less involvement there, but ddd, xo, pmu and AXO more. Machine politics come into play there. So houses basically take turns and over every few years most have the same.
