are you serious? aopi has no redeeming qualities that place them above theta, gamma phi, or dz. aopi is known for being an alternative sorority experience because they're just so off.

I have to agree that AOPi is a very different house, not very southern traditional and certainly not the stereotypical sorority experience most OOS girls are expecting. They are a fine house but nothing special and different enough to put them behind more traditional NR houses. Looking objectively without influence of ranks from a decade or more ago, this rank looks really current.
The top might need rearranging depending on the girls although they are all top for their target girls so it is hard to determine. I would move AGD down a spot or two. Removing the bias of what they used to be, right now they just are not that high and they are falling as the campus turns more OOS. They too are alternative in their draw which gives the a narrow band of girls that really desire them.

unless you're an aopi member, I don't wanna hear you talking about what they have to offer.
Aopi obviously has a better retention rate than all of the new row houses. Better grades than gphi. Theta is not as sought after without a house. Dz has a bad reputation, which is worse than not having one at all.
