theta and georgia girls

so I've heard that a lot of Georgia girls try to go theta or adpi and then transfer to UGA because they're top there, do these houses try to avoid Georgia girls to prevent this?

Nope that's not how that works, once a Theta always a Theta. Top vs bottom doesn't exist something called sisterhood nobody cares about ranks or whether a sister transfers.
