best houses for in state?

I guess it really depends on what you're looking for. Most instate girls who go OR because they have legacy status and/or in-house connections.
AXO and XO are great houses on paper. Great grades and good involvement. AXO lacks in the social aspect though however AXO also tends to bid more on merit which isn't the most common thing among OR houses.
PM and Kappa are great house for "it girls." Big on the social scene. PM is more trendy and and posh while Kappa is more traditional and Southern.
AGD and KD are great houses for instate girls who have a lot of connections in these houses. Of all the OR houses, these two have definitely been on the decline as times change.
