how is sigma kappa rushing?

How are they recruiting girls? Does nationals send people in or what. Also where are they rushing out of?

they're not. they're withdrawing from rush after IWTs because they know they can't get good girls. so they'd rather have it look like "oh we wanted to withdraw from rush and girls can come to us" as opposed to "oh no one wants us."
