So Ive heard some houses have "second" houses - off campus.

I mean that's the purpose right? A work around to the no alcohol in THE house rules right?

Pi phi has a house behind tut with actual letters on it. And I think kappa has the “kappa corner” with a couple houses.

Important to note that the sororities don’t actually control these houses, they’re just passed down within the house.

...no. Just didn’t want anyone to get confused about whether the off campus houses are official or not. Like of course we don’t actually own two sorority houses.

Not houses where actives are roommates. But,, un lived in party spaces.

There are only a few that do this.
