which houses have girls that are the most “real”?

I am not interested in a house with girls drowning in Chanel, Yurman, Range Rovers, etc.
I’m down to earth and looking for girls like myself. Are any houses like this or are they all full of conceited, fake girls?

I hear ya, but know bi--hes at all levels.
Girls that don't like other girls because they are "rich" get a "hall pass" for saying so.
Read a few posts here on GR and you'll see how hateful and awful they can be!
Suggesting they just leave it at - it's not what I'm looking for.
I'm not looking for your thing either.
And my bonds over "fashion" are no weaker than your bonds over "anti fashion".

Theta is probably the most real imo
In different ways, I think adpi, AXO, dg, GPhi, aopi, and dz have good amounts of down to earth girls
Kappa definitely has a lots of Yumans/ Range Rover girls but I also feel like they genuinely just want to have a good time and aren’t trying to constantly impress everyone and be perfect Barbie doll girls

TBH this is greek life at the university of alabama. If you're looking for a house where you're not going to find girls drowning in expensive accessories, you won't find one. There are houses known for having down to earth sweet girls (theta) but there are even girls in their drowning in their money.

Too many teachers pets personalities to be called down to earth.

This one is personal as my Freshman roommate was a DG.
Was she all about brands and such - no.
Was she close to her sisters and did they stick together - yes.
Was she down to earth with simple tastes - yes.
Was she annoying AF, bratty, want everything her way,
socially clueless and a pain you know where most of the time - Yes!!!! \n\n\n\n\n

I 100% agree that having nice things doesn’t make you less “real” but I assume the OP means more the houses that are all about image and showing off and just focusing on superficial things rather than a genuine sisterhood and girls who want to have a good time on their own terms
