No one agrees with these ever but this would be the ranks in my opinion. No order within lines. Same lines mean about the same rank. Sororities by themselves I would consider to be close behind the ones above it but not quite on the same level

ADP / DG / Aphi (Aphi is tricky because no one knows how bad their scandals will hurt them in rush)

I'm not a Chi O but I placed them where I did because of involvement /grades/ past rush success. While I agree their past pledge class was not as strong, I don't think it was weak enough to move them down a step (yet). I see them as Alpha Chi in a way, but they take looks more into consideration IMO.

OR/frumpy biased ranks like the OP put XO and AGD too high. They also place ADP high. KD low. And Theta bottom.
Given this slant - Surprised the OP was a friendly to APhi as she was but it's a fair comment - not sure how to place them these days.
Agree it's is a view of the world.
Other - more current/social biased - would drop XO, AGD, ADP down a notch and switch ZTA and PiPhi. And bump up KD.
