Pretty accurate but I would condense from six to four tiers (and only keep SK by themselves since they are new and no one knows how they will do yet):
Alpha Chi, Phi Mu, DDD, Kappa
KD, XO, Zeta, Alpha Gam,
Pi Phi, ADPi, DG, AOPi
GPhi, DZ, Theta, APhi
SK
(No order in tiers)

You could even go to three:
Alpha Chi, Phi Mu, DDD, Kappa, KD
XO, Zeta, Alpha Gam, Pi Phi, ADPi
DG, AOPi, GPhi, DZ, Theta, APhi, SK
These are the overall top, middle and lower in my opinion and each tier has options for partiers, grade-driven, etc.

I know it is bottom row and doesn't really matter but I think DZ will be dead last this year, maybe even behind SK. I also think APhi will be bottom of the pack for obvious reasons. After the APhi house cleaning I am not so sure there are as many girls pulling in their cute OOS friends. I think nationals is going to watch and keep thier previous target girls, the sub 3.0 pretty partiers and even close to 3.0 girls, out of the house. They are going to have a hard time pulling the OOS smarter girls in because of their reputation and scandals.
DZ lost a lot of girls. DZ had a horrible recruitment last year despite the spin put on here. They released a ton of their target girls thinking that would help their rep, tried for stronger PNM and missed with those girls. Their pledge class was so small even before so many left the house. They just don't have the number of quality girls to have a great rush. There is house drama filled,has lower grades, and less girls to rush. They have the new house but that is all they have and that only puts them ahead of Theta and SK. Theta is already building so not sure that will hurt them. I'm not a Theta but just don't think they should be ranked last in all the predictions because they are much stronger in all areas then these other 2.
I predict a lot of OOS decent but not great GPA (3.2-3.4) will be left with APhi and DZ and those girls would be better served with waiting on SK.

Not sure about ADPi but their retention was horrible! I think GPhi is now better than AOPi and DG.
