what sororities do you think are underrated?

Theta comes to mind. The recent numbers drawn from to the spring grade report surprised me about lots of houses (not in a good way). I was expecting to see poor numbers for Theta, but their retention and size numbers were normal. Add in their good grades and reputations for friendliness and involvement and they do not look like a bottom house. Wondering how their recruitment will go this year and next year. \n\n\n\n\n

DZ is NOT underrated. With their mixed pledge classes, lower end of grades, lack of involvement, and low numbers how much longer will they be able to put on a competitive rush?
