Used to be lower but GPhi has really stepped it up in the last few years. Need to work on grades but now have cute personable girls, great house, and good sisterhood

Am I missing something. I think Gamma Phi deserves A LOT of credit for coming such a far way from where they were a handful of years ago... But good sisterhood? They have one of the worst sisterhoods I've heard of. I have a few friends who are Gamma Phi's and they're always talking about how girls in their house are mean and catty... I've even seen screenshots from their GroupMe's where a group of girls ganged up on one of their sisters over a guy. Their reputation is also iffy. Do they have some really cool and social girls? Yeah but most of their house is mixed. I think Gamma Phi is upper bottom at best.

Gphi is a tough one to figure out. They could be on the cusp of lowest mid-tier and highest bottom tier. I'm feeling like their retention tells a decent story. It means they likely have a fairly good sisterhood...which o never heard they were known for. I think GPhi may replace APhi post recruitment.

Yes and no.
All houses have the girls they are interested in prior to coming to rush. They could fill more than one pledge class with this list. The thing is that doesn’t guarantee a girl will even pref the house. They could go any way in recruitment and there are no guarantees, even with in house sisters.
Don’t get discouraged by the posts that say so and so House has their PC picked out because no one knows where girls will pledge until bid day. And even if you’re not on a house’s radar, you can still end up on their lawn

gamma phi is solid bottom tier. and all the other lower ranked houses are better than AOPI
