truth behind old row/southern/oos/legacies
by: truthso this is an explanation to all the girls that are confused over old rows status and certain houses being connection/legacy/in state/southern focused. the reason a house like kd is heavy on legacies and southern/alabama girls is because they're way more reliable to stay in the house all four years and to then turn into active alum donating tons of money. the south lives and breaths sorority life. old row houses don't struggle because they stay connected with deep alabama connections and will always thrive because of this. you will learn that a lot of out of state girls drop their sorority before senior year. not because they don't love their house but its just something that happens a lot...you already have your friends and you lose interest. you can still go to frat parties, get invited to date parties, etc. not only that but a lot of oos girls transfer out of alabama. girls end up missing home or ua was more of a backup school. this is something that new row houses struggle with...girls transferring and dropping which ruins the strong alum network. this isn't to bad talk any of the houses, nr or orm but to just providing more insight for girls who were out of state like me and confused.
