poll: if bottom might be my future, which is best?

I'd put APhi at the bottom of the list but some might disagree. I find the APhis have such a bad reputation that I would not want for people to assume I'm like them.

Pros of Bottom Tier Houses:
1. DG
Known for being very involved not just in the Greek community but also around campus. They've been a lot of progress over the past 2-3 years and if they keep at it then they'll be much more on par with ADPi within a handful of years.
2. Theta
Known for being involved and smart with a good sisterhood. They've been a steady house, which isn't good or bad. '17 pledge class was good, or at least better than past ones. Rushing out of the stadium and a new house should help them.
3. GPhi
Known for being social. They've improved significantly from where they started a handful of years ago. Their pledge classes have slowly but surely improving, not big jumps but progress is progress.
4. DZ
Known kind of for being social. They've also been a steady house, which again isn't good or bad but unveiling their new house should give them a little boost this year.
5. AOPi
Known for kind of being involved. They've been very slowly making progress and unveiling their new house should also give them a little boost this year.
6. APhi
Known for being a very social house. They've really solidified a reputation for being a social house which had previously given them the upper hand among all the lower ranked houses.

Cons of Bottom Tier Houses:
All these houses struggle with PNM interest and lack status. If these houses could solidify good pledge classes with well-rounded and attractive new girls then their status would increase exponentially... But the honest truth is that it's very hard for a house is low ranking to do that... Which is why people make a big deal about a house getting better pledge classes than they have in the past whereas no one really says that about higher ranked houses. DG and Theta are good houses if you want to be pushed to get good grades and be involved. GPhi, DZ, and APhi are good houses if you want to party. AOPi is a good house if you want something lowkey. And ALL these houses have a big mix of girls.

Given the spring grade report that also shows membership numbers, looks like AOPi and Theta are in a much stronger place than Aphi and DZ.

The best bottom house is the one you like best and vibe with best. It’s not going to be the same “best” house for every girl
