frat staff mebers

are janitors at frat houses legally not allowed to report hazing (like is there contratcs they sign or something) ... im just wondering because i know frat houses have staff members, and there has got to be times when they've witnessed hazing lol

a lot of house staff are close with the guys in the frats. and most of the "new member education" happens in the basement away from the staff. also, staff go home once dinner is done so frats have evenings to basically do whatever they want in the house. i honestly doubt that there are non disclosure agreements for house staff.
