If I join a sorority will I be forced to drink or go out? Help now I don’t even know if I should rush because I’m scared of drinking ( bad experience)

None. I'm in a "party" house and I know many sisters who never go out or drink

Go out and have fun and just have a soft drink.

Can you smile and say "no thanks"? Yes. Yes you can.

Tbh even more than your pledge sisters will, the older girls will really want you to be happy and comfortable in the house and will not pressure you once you say you’re not interested.
It may take you a little longer to find your group in the house just because so much of the freshman year bonding revolves around going out and drinking, but that doesn’t mean girls will try to bully you into drinking just because that’s what they like to do
