manners for pnms

by: Alumna

If an alumna of any house agrees to take time out of her life to write a rec for you, please remember to thank her and let her know where you pledge. Thanks, ladies!

Yes! Even if you don’t pledge the house we’re alums of, we’d love to know where you landed!

Am I better off sending a thank you note now, or waiting until after recruitment and sending them to every rec writer to thank them and also let them know how recruitment went, and were I ended up?

I had this dilemma too. If you want you can shoot an email now, and write a note after rush if you have their address. My mom personally doesn’t give PNMs her address (Her sorority is fully online now so there’s no point) so she’s happy with an email for both. Whatever works for you. Honestly most PNMs don’t send follow up notes so even an email is appreciated.
