y’all who honestly is putting kappa at the top?!?!? definitely a good house but putting them above pm and axo is not accurate lol

I don’t think you can say there are two or three definitive top houses. They all go after different girls from different places and each emphasizes something different - looks, grades, money, style, family connections, involvement, etc.

I think you can only group houses by the General type of girl they go for. Just throwing this out there:

Looks/style: Zeta, Phi Mu, Alpha Phi

Grades/involvement: Theta, Chi O, Alpha Chi, Alpha Gam, ADPi, DG

Money/family connections: Kappa, KD and to an extent Chi O and Tri Delt

Party on another level: Kappa, Zeta, APhi, GPB

Super religious: Alpha Gam, Alpha Chi

Mixed group (no definite category): AOPi, DZ\n\n\n\n\n

I doubt a kappa would put them above AXO and PM, particularly without similarly ranking KD. They may kind of be rivals but in states especially think they’re about equal. It’s probably either an alum or someone trying to make them look bad.

If you are a KKG, you absolutely should be ranking your house above all others. KKG clearly has a claim to the top. In my opinion, so do AXO, DDD, KD and PM. If you are in any of these houses and aren't ranking your house top of top, then you are doing your house a disservice. Claim it, baby!

Kappa is definitely the best of. The second tier in old row. I see them as on same level as xo ddd kd. But all six of those old row houses are all great and have tons of actives that were top pnms. The thing that helps axo and pm stand out is their great OOS pull.

AXO and PM -- as much as you would like to make it be so, there are not just two "best" sororities at our school.

There is a lot of bashing of KKG, DDD and AGD at the moment. Can't we all stay positive for a change. These are all top houses.
