Trending up: DDD, GPB, ZTA
KKG has always been strong and remains strong
Trending down: AGD, APhi, AOPi
Might add: if PiPhi wasn't getting their new house...they would have been trending down. I'm hopefulmtjeyte get better after years of less then perfect PCs. Too many tats and body piercings in PiPhi.

Honestly no one is trending up.
But houses like:
APhi (will get fewer request overall)
Alpha Chi (won't be as impressive to most girls)
AOII (is going to leave over half the girls w/mixed feelings)

Up: DDD ( new pc overall impressive year) ZTA ( all over Insta) Pi Phi ( new house) KD ( I really think they are gonna pull more out of state this year)
Down AGD ( Loses appeal as school gets less southern and religious pnms) Aphi (obvious) AXO (I think a lot of girls won't think they'll make the cut) Chi O ( too instate focused)

if pi phi has a new house does that mean aopi and dz are also in the rise... it just means everyones on the same field

people don't see pi phi as being on the same level as dz and aopi even though they also got new houses pi phi more desirable during rush so I think this is huge for them I don't think a new house is going to pull dz and aopi out from bottom tier
