many girls use their senior pictures and i would suggest using one that you're smiling in but it doesnt really matter. and just one will be fine, you could also send in a full body one but just one headshot is more than sufficient

We blow up your picture or share it on a slideshow if you look like a girl we would really like to rush/ get to know better. My suggestion is to wear your makeup and hair similar in style for the first round for both days. Some girls I know wore their hair up or natural( curly versus straight) for the first round because it was so hot and some of our actives struggled to put the name with the face when there are so many girls we are meeting. I had to remind them that yes, this was the same girl from the picture so they could mark her appropriately.
