I feel like this needs to be said -
ZTA and APhi are generally known for having "hot girls." And yes, there are a handful of girls in each of these houses that are very attractive and have thousands of followers on insta. The truth, however, is that a large majority of girls in these houses are very, very average looking... And I don't mean that in a bad way whatsoever. The simple truth is that most of the girls, not just in these two houses but in all the houses, are very average looking.
PNMs - Don't like this site create false narratives in your head. EVERY house pushes their prettiest girls, whether it be putting them in their rush videos, putting them in the door stack, posting them on insta, etc. ZTA and APhi have hot girls... But so does every other house. And this site tends to claim ZTA and APhi as "the hot houses" when the reality of the situation is that they're just like every other houses here... They have a handful of hot girls but the majority are average.

Why does this ONLY come up regarding the house stereotype of "looks"?
No one says all houses have "smart" girls; groups of good friends/strong sisterhoods; religious, etc....
Yet someone is ALWAYS noting, "we have attractive girls too".
If APhi got on GR and said they have smart girls too, they'd get crucified.
Open your eyes - these houses have a higher percentage of attractive girls along with PhiMu, who focuses on looks as well, but more in clothes/fashion way.
Give them credit for it. Get over it.

The whole "hot girls" thing is pretty meaningless. The 10's from Alpha Phi and ZTA would be 7's tops, at schools like Florida, Florida State, Texas, Arizona, USC, Indiana, or Ohio State.
That's why the sororities that matter here prioritize other stuff besides looks during recruitment.

Has anyone else noticed Kappa doesn’t put their prettiest girls on social media/the door song? They seem to put in state or specific southern girls on their social media. I follow lots of kappas on Instagram and although they’re definitely not a looks house, they actually have a good amount of pretty girls. Why don’t they mix those in with their in state draws? I’m honestly confused. I guess a mobile girl is more noticeable for those PNMs? I know it’s not their vibe, but most other houses seem to feature their cutest girls along with the notable ones.

Because at the end of the day in state girls tend to stay in state and give money, participate in alum events, help during rush, and eventually send their daughters to pledge, so they want to keep recruiting those girls. This is still a huge influence in kappa. It’s more that they’re not afraid to show the not as cute in state girls because they’re still assets esp during rush.

PERSONALLY I've noticed that old row houses, primarily kappa, kd, and ddd don't really care about how "attractive" the girls in the door stack are. like the person above said, they have such a high influx of in state girls that these houses would prefer to put girls from alabama towns in the door stack as opposed to pretty oos girls

Not necessarily unless you’re very lenient on giving out 10s. A lot of my close friends from high school go to Arizona and they’re in “hot girl houses” there like APhi and DG. While some of their sisters are gorgeous, there are also plenty of average looking girls. This goes for my friends at USC too. Idk maybe I judge super harshly (I know I’m certainly no 10 don’t get me wrong), but no school is going to be THAT gorgeous.
