They’re referring to the physical house. I’ve heard gphi’s refer to their house as “the G” as well. And DG’s “the deeg.” It’s not a new nickname or anything.

My friend who's a ZTA in Texas says they call their house "The Princess Palace". I think its cute. I have heard other house nicknames too.

yeah this is really nbd. I've heard friends call their houses "The Delta Dome" "The Kastle" "Kasa" "Delta Shelta" "The Zouse" etc. Let's not look for drama where there isn't any.
