this might be a stupid question but (rec)

When asking an alumna to write a rec Letter you are supposed to give them a pre adressed envelope, headshot, transcript, and resume. So does the alumna put the headshot, transcript etc in the envelope when they send it to the sorority? Or is that just to help them write it

Just helps them. You should also write a thank you note

Are you trying to save from getting a bunch of pictures made? Don't. You can get cheap copies at Walgreen's. Even if she doesn't send in the pic and all, you'll annoy her immensely if you don't give her what she needs.
