alpha chi isn’t that good

why is alpha chi always ranked so high? I don’t like my alpha chi roommate and everyone I’ve talked to don’t like theirs either. They aren’t a special house and they have average people who are rude as can be. The only ones I’ve liked are the ones that I’ve meet going out and even they say they feel so judged. I get that they are a desired house during rush but on campus, they aren’t really that special to always be ranking #1 or #2

Have noticed it lately against pmu and axo. AGD gets slammed on here too in a very passive shady way
