pros and cons of living in tut?
by: .Trying to decide where to live next year, and although my gut feeling is Tutwiler, I'm not really sure. What are your personal Tut stories, warnings, pros, cons, and pieces of advice that you can pass on?

I'm glad I picked Tut. If you are particular about privacy, cleanliness, or things being new don't do it. If you're a laid back, go with the flow, up for adventure kind of girl it really is fun and so convenient. It will be great when the new Tut is finished, but I wouldn't change a thing. Also, people with bad allergies or asthma seem to struggle because of age and dampness. I haven't had any issues.

It honestly gets kinda nasty (especially on the weekends), but living in tut was one of the best decisions I made freshman year. I was 100 yards from all of my friends at one time, and you truly can get more involved with your house if you want to rush. Living so close to the row allows you to meet more girls, be at the house more often, and just overall participate easier
