DDD is a top house here and they are very desired during recruitment. Their return rates are among the highest. PNMS that get invited to DDD will be in-state and close OOS that have connections mostly, but they are definitely growing OOR with California and Arizona (that I can tell from the outside). As more OOR get in that house, the more future OOR pnms will find actives that are pushing them in recruitment. Other than their in-state legacy types, they generally end up with pnms that are "creative" and have a little bit of a boho vibe, but are also funny and smart. They are not as into look and style as, say, Phi Mu, but they also are not as sporty/party as, say, KKG.

Tri Delt goes mainly after girls that have some sort of connection. Either from being a legacy or your mom’s best friend’s son’s girlfriend’s cousin, a connection is a connection. They go after girls with top grades because they generally are high up on Greek grade reports. Another is personality. They’re not really a house that recruits on looks or wealth or social life even though they have a majority of girls exceeding in those categories. They like the funny and cute pnm’s
