adx rankings-why?
by: TTRWhy is ADX getting lit up in their rankings? They just got added to Greekrank, and it seems like nobody has provided a fair ranking, it's all just hatchet swinging. Even the self-ranks are more on par than anything else on their rankings.

Former member speaking, I know a handful of current and former members that have posted under their page. Most of the insider comments are from those seriously disappointed and unhappy with their ADX experience and hoping to keep others from making a similar mistake in joining. Individual members really can be amazing girls! I met some of my best friends by joining. But I also saw things that were disgusting. Too much fighting. No real agreement on direction for the group. 100x the rules of normal sororities without any real benefits. It’s just not a worthwhile organization.

It's just heart breaking to me to see so many girls hurt so deeply by people that are supposed to be their sorority sisters and sisters in Christ. I try to understand girls that have done hurtful things. They may be unaware of their actions, lashing out from their own pain or just lacking the maturity it takes to extend grace and empathy. However, with such a fragmented organization it is impossible to paint them all with such a broad brush. There are so many issues in ADX and there are some members that have caused damage but there truly are some amazing individuals too. Some of those girls have been amazing friends and have shown the character of Jesus in their kindness, sensitivity, sincerity and acceptance.

It's really not like any of these descriptions at all....Every house has their issues, people just like to pick on ADX because they're Christian so people would assume they're perfect angels. Were still college girls trying to figure it all out. Don't blame the entire organization for actions a few members took part in. I'm sure every sorority has drama and dislikes how some members act. But from my experience, there isn't that much drama (this site exploits any it finds), girls are super supportive, and it's a great way to get involved in greek life if your idea of sister bonding isn't partying or such and you want to find people that share your values!

A complete falsehood. There's drama, an excess of it. Y'all don't exist in close proximity via a house, so you exist on a constant perpetuity of drama. Furthermore, you can join any other sorority and get a non-partying experience. That's a line sold to rushees to put ADX on a higher moral ground that doesn't actually exist.

The fact you would come here and not accept these first hand accounts of how your organization hurt and let down your ex-members is disgusting.

Plain and simple answer to your question: because people have nothing better to do with their time. People are still trying to take them down for something that happened 5 months ago. No one wants to believe what the actual members have to say unless they're an angry ex-member. There are those in literally every sorority. I dropped out of mine because I disliked them, had drama, and related to what people are saying about ADX except wow, my sorority was much larger and not picked on because it was considered a "normal" one. No one is bullied there, ask an actual member to their face instead of consulting an anonymous website in which no one can stay out of anything and feels the need to probably take attention away from their own bad sorority.

it seems they got around 22 new members this year, fall and spring, and I’m hoping that number declines until they’re no longer on our campus. That’s 22 girls who joined a mess of an organization. They’re hypocrites and hypocrisy should never be ignored.
