how do the different sororities dress?

by: ?

I’m planning to go through recruitment in the fall, and I’ll be majoring in Apparel and Textiles! I understand that this may come off as superficial, but I was wondering if there are any houses that stick out to you in the way they dress.

I would never pick a sorority just based on clothes, but I think the way girls dress can say a lot about them!

I’m from OOS but still in the Deep South if this helps!

When it’s hot: XL t shirt, lululemon shorts, Nike tennis shoes

When it’s cold: XL t shirt, XL sweater, leggings, Nike tennis shoes

Going out: whatever you want as long as you don’t look weird, ZTA and A Phi dress a little differently compared to other houses because they both have a lot of girls from the northeast and wet coast which have different styles, but other than that everyone pretty much wears the same stuff.

The above comment is completely accurate, people dress really casually here

Usually in front of a mirror but I’ve seen a few dress in cars.

I’m gonna assume you know that people wear athleisure/lulu/t shirts to class.

For going out, style vastly differs between the northern/west coast girls and the southern girls.

I think kd is probably the trendiest house clothing-wise for the southern focused houses. Phi Mu also has great clothes/notoriously dressed up on every occasion (wears romper and wedges to moes on a Tuesday night)

For northern/west coat girls, zeta definitely sticks out. I know a good number of pi phis who dress well too.

Forgot to add but I would say tri delt and kappa also are known for dressing well.

The rest wear pajamas or swimsuits.
