Usually all the guys on University are the top dogs. It kind rotates but basically:

OX, Sigma Chi, and Pike have been the top party houses

ATO is top new row for studious guys

Pi Kapp and Beta are decent

I'm a senior and Phi Psi and Sig Ep were so bad when I was a freshman, but with their new houses I'm sure they are attracting better guys and rising. In 5-10 years who know where they'll be. Probably won't touch OX, EX, Pike, etc but will be ok.

ATO and theta chi are way top. Others like Pi Kapp are next but way back
