Based on this years pledge classes ONLY (no ranks within tiers). I put a question mark by KKG because I wasn't sure whether or not to put them in line with ZTA and KD or PM and DDD

It is true AXO lost some top pnms to pmu, kappa and tridelt this year -- but their pc was still among the top and not enough to move them down from top shelf. also ddd and kkg did better than last year, not enough to put them on the same level as axo and pmu. agree xo lost out on a bunch at the end (mostly to kd and kkg) and is 'below' them, so to speak.
