How good of a chance would i have to get into Phi Mu if I'm out of state but still southern, have a good gpa, a legacy, and have few connections?

Are these high ranking Phi My connections? Are you gorgeous? Is your GPA better than "good"?
You need all 3 to be a hard yes.
