Most valued (early on): Tend to be the ones members already have a connection with so they know the PMN would be a good fit for their group. There are always some PNMs that look great on insta and have great recs, rep or are somehow a leader or have a talent that a chapter would like to have. Chapters want a variety of talents, leaders, personalities to round out their membership.
A PNM having a really big insta following (like 15k) could send red flags for some chapters.

Make sure your social media is clean and public through recruitment. Then you can go private. It’s really the best way to get noticed. Follow the house pages on Facebook and Instagram. Fill out the 2018 Panhellenic formal recruitment form and start working on getting in your recs. Most girls take 3-5 months to get 2 recs per house in, especially if they are from far OOS. Some cannot get them all in if a chapter in their home state is pretty obscure. The earlier the better so that recruitment teams can start checking you out. Girls in houses from your area will start noticing you and making notes before you step through the door.
