senior in high school worried about college
by: StatusPls tell me social status doesnt matter in college. Bc I was excluded all throughout hs and did not hang out with anybody or Get invited to one party. I am a normal person so that why I don’t understand. Will ppl be mean in collefe and is social status big where nobody will hang w u if u have no friends?

It all starts with loving who you are and being yourself. The people who like you for being you are the only ones who really matter. Ignore unkind people who have to find some way to be better than others.. whether it is practicing elitism or saying terrible things about others. If you are open minded, nice to others, and true to yourself....you will find great friends!

You mean to tell us that you had absolutely NO friends in HS? That you did not attend ONE party during your HS career? Or do you mean that you were not accepted by the most popular group nor were you invited to their parties?
There is a big difference in those two situations. The first requires a good deal of introspection as to why you feel you had no friends. The second requires you to analyze your desires and to be realistic with yourself.
