DKE,KA,Theta Chi,Phi Gamm,SAE,Sigma Nu,Sigma Chi, Pike, ATO, Phi Delt, Lambda Chi, Beta, and then the others, sort of.

DKE, KA,FIJI,SAE,SIGMA NU,PIKE,ATO,PHI DELT are all on a downward spiral and are considered bottom to middle tier. The only top tier fraternities in that group are Theta Chi, Sigma Chi and Lambda Chi

Ive noticed a pattern of Lambda Chi appearing on all these pages, stay away. Any house that self ranks that much is very try hard.
