freshman girls who are deciding if they should rush

There were around 3,700 girls in last years freshman class. Last year, 2,700 PNMs went through rush and 2,338 recieved bids. The ~1,000 girls who didn’t go through recruitment are international students, athletes (some athletes are allowed to rush after freshman year like the rowing team but for the most part they are their own group), minority students, and mallet assembly type people. If you don’t see yourself fitting in to one of those groups and you can afford a sorority you should rush.
