Given recent issues atPenn State, The administration is moving towards shutting down Greek life.

In addition, the town of State College is very strict with respect to underage students getting into bars.

Bama wins this one by a landslide

Penn State bc of their bar scene and house parties. They don’t have much of a club scene tho but overall psu is better
